1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use govern the rules for accessing and using the Updent website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), accessible at the respective internet domain.

The Site is managed by ЪПДЕНТ ЕООД (UPDENT Ltd), Company Registration/VAT Number BG208139153, with registered office and management address: Sofia, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as "Updent", "we", "us").

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site aims to provide information about:

  • dental training and professional events;
  • lecturers, programs, and participation conditions;
  • ways to register and purchase tickets through an external platform.

The Site is intended exclusively for dental practitioners and dental specialists. Persons under 18 years of age do not have the right to use the services offered through the Site.

3. Ticket Purchase and External Platforms

Purchase of tickets for events presented on the Site is conducted through an external platform – Medentic LLC, which acts as an authorized sales agent.

Updent does not directly process ticket payments through the Site, except in explicitly stated cases of bank transfers for reservations.

Terms for payment, invoicing, and personal data processing when purchasing tickets are governed by:

  • Medentic LLC's General Terms;
  • Updent's General Terms for Ticket Sales and Event Participation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including texts, images, videos, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Updent or used with appropriate permission.

Copying, distribution, or use of content without prior written consent from Updent is prohibited.

5. Nature of Provided Information

The information published on the Site and within training courses is of educational and professional nature.

It:

  • does not constitute medical consultation;
  • does not replace individual clinical judgment;
  • does not guarantee specific clinical results.

Each participant bears personal responsibility for applying acquired knowledge in their practice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Updent does not bear responsibility for:

  • temporary unavailability of the Site;
  • technical errors or inaccuracies in information;
  • actions or inactions of third parties, including Medentic LLC;
  • damages arising from the use of information on the Site.

7. Changes to Content and Terms

Updent reserves the right at any time to:

  • update the Site's content;
  • change these Terms;
  • change programs, lecturers, or event dates.

Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Site.

8. Personal Data Protection

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Updent's Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.

9. Applicable Law

For all matters not covered in these Terms, the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria applies.

All disputes are resolved by mutual agreement, and if impossible – by the competent Bulgarian court.
