2.2. Data Collected When Purchasing Tickets
Ticket purchases are made through the external platform Medentic LLC. During this process, Medentic LLC processes personal data necessary for:
- processing payment;
- issuing invoices;
- calculating VAT;
- establishing contact when necessary.
Updent does not store or process payment data (such as bank or card data).
3. Medentic LLC as Separate Controller
Medentic LLC, a company registered in Bulgaria with VAT number BG207854560, acts as an independent data controller for the purposes of ticket sales.
Personal data processing by Medentic LLC is carried out according to their own privacy policy.
4. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- providing information about courses and events;
- communication regarding events and training;
- sending newsletters about upcoming courses (up to 2 times per month);
- fulfilling legal obligations;
- improving the functionality and security of the site.

- performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract;

The website is hosted via Vercel, with data processed primarily within the European Union (Germany). For users outside the EU, data may also be processed in the United States with appropriate safeguards applied.
The site uses Vercel Analytics solely for anonymous statistics and improving user experience. Marketing or advertising cookies are not used.
