General Terms for Ticket Sales and Event Participation

1. General Provisions
These General Terms govern the rules for purchasing tickets and participating in training, courses, and professional events (hereinafter referred to as "Events") organized by ЪПДЕНТ ЕООД (UPDENT Ltd) (hereinafter referred to as "Updent").
By purchasing a ticket for an event, the participant confirms that they have read and fully accept these General Terms.
2. Organizer and Ticket Sales
The organizer and provider of Events is ЪПДЕНТ ЕООД, VAT number BG208139153, with registered office and management address in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Ticket sales are conducted through an external platform – Medentic LLC, a company registered in Bulgaria, which acts as authorized ticket seller and sales agent on behalf of Updent.
Medentic LLC facilitates the sales process, processes payments, and may receive a commission from sales made. Responsibility for the organization, content, and conduct of Events lies entirely with UPDENT Ltd.
3. Purchase Process
Tickets are purchased via a link from the Updent website that redirects to the Medentic LLC platform.
After successful payment, the participant receives confirmation by email. The ticket entitles participation in the specific event for which it was purchased.
Updent reserves the right to accept direct bank transfers for seat reservations in explicitly stated cases.
4. Prices and Invoicing
Ticket prices are stated for each individual event and include the training and materials described in the program.
Invoices are issued by:
- Medentic LLC, when payment is made through their platform;
- UPDENT Ltd, when payment is made directly to Updent.
5. Limited Number of Seats
The number of seats for each event is limited to ensure quality training and individual approach. Updent does not guarantee seat availability until successful payment is made.
6. Cancellations by the Participant
In case of withdrawal from participation:
- up to 14 days before the event date – the amount is refunded in full;
- less than 14 days before the event – the paid amount is not refunded. At Updent's discretion, a voucher for participation in a future event may be offered.
To cancel, the participant must contact Updent through the provided contact information.
7. Changes and Cancellations by the Organizer
Updent reserves the right to:
- make changes to the program, schedule, or lecturers;
- cancel an event due to insufficient number of participants or circumstances beyond its control.
In case of event cancellation by Updent, the paid amount is refunded in full or, at the participant's choice, may be issued as a voucher.
8. Nature of Events
The Events are of educational and professional nature and are intended for dental specialists.
The courses are not certified by the Bulgarian Dental Union and do not provide credit points for continuing education, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
9. Liability
Updent does not bear responsibility for:
- personal results from applying educational content;
- decisions made by participants based on presented information;
- actions or inactions of third parties.
Each participant bears responsibility for their own professional activities.
10. Applicable Law
These General Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
All disputes are resolved by mutual agreement, and if impossible – by the competent Bulgarian court.
