1. What Is the Newsletter
The Updent newsletter is an electronic communication sent by email for the purpose of:
- informing about upcoming training and events;
- providing current information related to Updent's activities.
2. What Data Is Used
For the purpose of sending the newsletter, the following personal data is processed:
- name and surname;
- email address;
- information about expressed interest in specific courses or topics.
The data is provided voluntarily by users.

Updent sends newsletters up to 2 times per month, and the frequency may be lower depending on the number of upcoming events.
Newsletters contain only information about training and events organized or presented by Updent. Advertising messages for third parties are not sent.

Opt-out does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal of consent.
